Dean is very competent when it comes to planning and designing houses, and knows what works with each plan. As the front man for his company, Dean works with clients from the very first stage of the initial enquiry rather than it being handled by a sales Consultant, this gives the client a great deal of reassurance that as the Builder Dean knows what their expectations are from the outset. His dealings with the clients are then followed through from the contract stage, to the progress payments, until handover. Dean is a hands on builder and prefers to be onsite where the Builder actually builds the project. |
